DOGE, Musk — Illegal!!! Not a President’s Authority To Create on that Person’s Own
Did EVERYONE miss this….???
ESPECIALLY Congress….
If there is any law in place stating that a president can create a NEW department/agency by their self, please share it with the rest of us - because I could NOT find any legality in this regard.
.
No president can just conjure up a department or agency on that person’s own authority or whim. The presidency is NOT a position of a god (or King) — for the faithful or in the world of the mythical.
.
Everything that DOGE and Musk are doing is ILLEGAL….. Does no judge see this significant fact….
DOGE should not exist, not without Congress’ approval and backing AND funding.
Musk should not exist in that position without Senate approval.
.
Is congress and the senate not going to even attempt to fight this power grab by the 47th president — in that DOGE should not exist and SHOULD NOT be doing anything. Especially in wiping out other departments and agencies.
ESPECIALLY when the head of this DOGE outfit is acting with a SERIOUS manner of conflict of interest. Many governmental contracts already in Musk's pocket and aiming at gaining more, being in that position.
.
The president cannot just wipe out other departments and agencies, no matter what Russell Vought is whispering malevolently into the ear of this current unqualified president.
.
Meanwhile, people are losing jobs. People are dying around the world because of this president wiping out US AID. Now, this president is attempting to wipe out the Dept of Education BECAUSE he is stating that it is a “CON JOB”.
.
Congress and the Senate should be working on impeaching and evicting this president from power to stop the malicious acts being enacted on this country’s people and future.
.
Meanwhile, wiping out decades of progress that we have made.
.
This AFFECTS everyone, likely horridly - whether you realize it or not.
