Interesting article....
From all the women I've known all across America (I'm an old guy who has traveled/worked a lot in many places) - I've never heard any of them make that kind of assertion as to the khaki pants being sexist...
Personally, I do not believe the intent was to be sexist and I am a proud DEI person, VERY PROUD of diversity and inclusion of all - regardless of color, age, gender, whatever...
Khaki pants though, not skirts, are logically and strategically beneficial in combat environments. Especially in colder environs....
As to companies - they 'do' want to put an emphasis on brand and uniformity. SOMETIMES they do go too damn far...
BUT, I will state - the company should "AT LEAST" allow skirts for women (and men who are open to that) and 'maybe' a colored blouse for women who did not wish to wear t-shirts.... this way, everyone would still blend in for 'the company colors'...
right?
