Not sure about that - there are a few GCP Pro Data Engineer courses out there and with somewhat current content.

Last year, I used both, ACloudGuru (updates currently in progress) & CloudAcademy (continuously updated - they just added another 2 hours of material that I 'might' go back and cover) as my primary sources along with some other material.

--- Passed that exam back in September 2023.

Unable to get a GCP Data Engineer job though. I do not have 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience in GCP.

My past 10 years were with AWS Cloud Architect/Engineer - I was attempting to switch over to GCP.

But, tech layoffs in November really screwed up my chances.

--- that along with my adamant desire to work close to home now (NO FULL TIME remote) - commuting in this region is over an hour for most of us - ONE WAY. Sick of commuting for years to NSA, NRO and other far places.

--- Not many GCP Data Engineer roles close to me.

So - I said 'screw that', spent a GREAT deal of time on this and switched back to AWS in January.

Working on that AWS Data Engineer cert which AWS says is an Associate (but if you take the test, it is above Associate level). --- Sitting for it again next week.
